Software, automation, and AI — without the overwhelm.

I'm Ismail. After thirteen years in tech, I help businesses make sense of what's out there — then design and build the systems that genuinely pay off, from custom software to cloud to AI.

About

PNB is one person. That's the point.

I'm Ismail Adat. I've spent over thirteen years in the tech industry — building, shipping, and maintaining the kind of systems businesses depend on every day.

PNB Web Solutions exists because the digital age is genuinely daunting when it isn't your day job. Every year brings a new wave of tools — AI, automation, cloud — that you're told you can't afford to ignore. My job is to help you work out what's real, what's relevant to your business, and then build it properly.

And honestly: I'm still navigating it too. Nobody working in this industry has it all figured out — the difference is that keeping up is my full-time job, so it doesn't have to be yours.

Capabilities

Where we work

Five disciplines, one person — the engineer who designs your system is the same one who builds and runs it.

Software Engineering

Custom applications and internal tools built to handle real production load, not demo-day shortcuts.

Automation

Replacing manual, error-prone processes with systems that run themselves and tell you when something breaks.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Architecture that scales with your business instead of becoming the reason releases slow down.

AI Integration

Applying AI where it removes real work — support, operations, data processing — not where it's just a headline.

Digital Transformation

Moving legacy operations onto systems your team can actually maintain after I hand them over.

Not sure where to start?

That's normal — and translating all of this into what it means for your business is most of what I do. A short call costs nothing.

Approach

How a project actually runs

No black-box delivery. You see the plan, the progress, and the reasoning behind every decision — straight from the person doing the work.

01

Discover

I start by understanding the business problem, not the feature list — what's costing you time or money today.

02

Design

I map the solution before writing code: architecture, data flow, edge cases, and what happens when things fail.

03

Build

Work ships in reviewable increments. You see progress every week, not a single reveal at the end.

04

Ship

Deployment, monitoring, and rollback plans are part of the build — not an afterthought once it's "done."

05

Support

I stay accountable after launch. If something breaks in production, it's still my problem to fix.

Why PNB

Why teams choose one engineer over an agency

01

Thirteen years, not a bench of juniors

Your project is built by someone who has shipped and maintained production systems for over a decade — not by whoever the agency had free that week.

02

One point of accountability

No hand-offs between sales, design, and delivery teams that don't talk to each other. The people who plan it build it.

03

Built to be maintained without me

Documentation, clean architecture, and knowledge transfer are part of delivery — not a retainer I upsell later.

FAQ

Questions we get before a project starts

Is PNB an agency?

No — PNB is one person: Ismail Adat, with over thirteen years in the tech industry. You talk directly to the person who does the work, from the first call to production. No hand-offs, no juniors, no account managers.

How is pricing structured?

I scope a fixed price from a short discovery call before any code gets written — not open-ended hourly billing. You know the cost before you commit.

Do you only build new projects, or can you take over an existing one?

Both. I regularly step into codebases built by a previous agency, freelancer, or in-house team, starting with an architecture and security review before changing anything.

What tech stack do you use?

Whatever fits the problem and what your team can maintain afterward, not a single stack I push on every client. I work across modern web, cloud, and AI tooling.

What happens after launch?

I stay accountable. Monitoring, rollback plans, and a direct line to the engineer who built it are part of delivery, not a separate retainer you have to negotiate later.

How involved do we need to be during the build?

As involved as you want. You'll see weekly progress and can review decisions as they're made, but I don't need daily meetings to keep things moving.

Tell me the problem. I'll tell you how to fix it.

A short call is enough to know if we're the right fit — no sales deck, no obligation, and you'll be talking to the person who does the work.
